We are Hiring: Digital Marketing & Community Manager

Join The Well HQ team! Work closely with our team and co-founders, Baz Moffat, Bella Smith and Emma Ross, to manage our social media presence to create informative content that resonates with our audience.

About the role:

We are looking for someone to manage our social media and grow our community.

This includes:

  • owning our social media calendar
  • designing a strategy
  • developing content
  • managing our posting schedule
  • engaging with our community

You’ll need a passion for developing and distributing content and understanding of the importance of maintaining our branding and brand voice.

The role requires a passion for female health and womens sport, and the ability to tackle taboos and smash stereotypes without alienating or attacking others. You don’t need to be an expert in women’s health, but some knowledge would be welcome.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least 1 years experience in a digital marketing or communications role. You’ll need to be an excellent team player with an appetite to learn, with great communication and organisational skills to gel with a remote team.
