There are around 12 hours of content in each course, which you can study at whatever pace suits you best, after signing up you will have access to the course for a year. Usually we would advise doing the course over about 2 months.

You can renew access to any course for an additional year for £40. You should receive an email reminding you that your course is coming to an end and giving you the option to renew, click on the link in the email and it will take you to the renewal page, you will need to be logged in to your course in order to renew.

Alternatively to renew access you need to be logged in to your course, then navigate to “My Account”, “Orders” and then browse products, the renewal products should be at the bottom of this page.

Access needs to be renewed before your current course expires, if your course has recently expired and you would like to renew it please contact help@thewell-hq.com

You can enter your coupon at the checkout, it will then be automatically applied to all eligible courses.

Each of the Well HQ courses is endorsed by CIMSPA and worth 10 CPD points. Once you have completed the course you can download your certificate which will show the 10 CPD points.

Navigate to your course page, once you have completed the course a banner will display above the course giving you the option to download your certificate. If this banner does not appear but you think you have finished the course you may have missed some modules or failed to tick off some steps so it is worth checking though the course to ensure you have completed everything.

Alternatively, click on “My account” and then “Dashboard” and scroll to the bottom of the page, where all your certificates will be displayed.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received the email, try requesting the reset again, and ensure you’re using the correct email address. If the issue persists, contact our support team on help@thewell-hq.com

If the website isn’t loading correctly:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Try accessing the site from a different browser or device.
  • Disable any browser extensions that might be interfering.

To update your payment information:

  • Log into your account and go to “My Account” and then click on “Payment Method”.
  • From there, you can update your payment methods, including credit card details.

If you’re unable to access a course you’ve purchased:

  • Verify that you’re logged into the correct account.
  • Check your purchase history in your account settings to ensure the transaction went through.
  • Clear your browser’s cache or try a different browser.

If the issue persists, reach out to our support team on help@thewell-hq.com with your purchase details.

If you’re experiencing issues with course audio:

  • Ensure your device’s volume is turned up and not muted.
  • Check your audio settings in both your browser and operating system.
  • Try using headphones or external speakers.
  • Clear your browser cache and restart the browser.

If your course videos are buffering or not loading, try the following:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Try using a different browser or device.
  • Lower the video quality if you’re on a slower connection.

No, our logo is copyrighted and cannot be used by third parties. The content of the course also belongs to The Well HQ. You have permission to access and use the content yourself or, if you are an organisation, for the number of users selected, but are not otherwise permitted to share such content with others, all in accordance with our Course Terms and Conditions.
