The Female Body

Unique things happen in a woman’s body. For starters we have menstrual cycles and breasts. In pelvic health, in nutrition, in movement – we’re different to men.

For active females to thrive they need to move, train and play differently – and that’s where this comprehensive course comes in. Designed entirely for her – mind, body and sport – this course ensures you can feel confident creating environments where she will thrive

The Female Body – Puberty

The research says it all: two in three (65%) girls will quit sport by the end of puberty. You don’t need us to tell you that keeping teenage girls active is a really tough gig.

This course is our contribution to a major problem. It ensures teachers and coaches can understand teens’ challenges and support their developing bodies. This is how to inspire healthier relationships between her and food, exercise and self.

The Female Body – Pre/Post-Natal

Where mums-to-be were once told ‘rest is best’ society today tells pregnant women and new mums they don’t need to slow down. Yet just 8% of PTs are pre and postnatal qualified and that simply doesn’t square.

It’s a positive we no longer wrap pregnant or postnatal women in cotton wool but there’s a massive knowledge gap where exercise meets motherhood. This course will hand you the confidence required to support pre and postnatal women in your care.

The Female Body – Menopause

Menopause is inevitable and sport and exercise are essential if midlife women are to manage their symptoms and feel good. Unfortunately, few coaches and trainers know how to help.

Content in this course could change the menopause for millions. It’s designed for coaches and trainers so you can support midlife women who want to train and compete, and to encourage others back to brilliant exercise after decades out the game.

They’re my first port of call for all things female athlete. There simply is nowhere else which stacks up against these guys
