96% of women do sports by themselves.

This wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if the survey conducted by @vitality_uk (which we at The Well HQ, with @womeninsport_uk , collaborated) didn’t show that they lack motivation and confidence to be more active… Two things that can be achieved by exercising in a group - for example, through team sports.

We can do more to help women exercise and benefit from an active lifestyle.
