We recommend the DCMS and DfE establish a taskforce, including UK Sport, the UK Sports Institute, women’s health and fitness experts including The Well HQ … to develop a long-term strategy to tackle sportswomen’s health and physiology-related issues.

We have valued the experience and expertise TWHQ has brought to our work at British Cycling. Our TWHQ truly understands teenage girls and the world in which they live. It’s all scientifically backed, but more importantly, they know how to make it really accessible and practical. Working with them was really insightful, and the end result has landed brilliantly with our audiences.
