adidas
Removing barriers to directly impact 1,500 girls and embedding menstrual health in European sport
Challenge
Research shows that periods are a major barrier to sport – adidas sought to break this taboo and create inclusive, practical solutions that keep girls active.
What we did
Partnered with adidas on the Breaking Barriers programme, combining an online training academy, grassroots workshops, and a train-the-trainer model delivered in 11 languages across Europe.
Result
Normalised menstrual health in sport, trained 50 facilitators, directly reached 1,500 girls, influenced UEFA frameworks, and positioned adidas as a leader in tackling barriers to participation.
