Our courses are standalone. You can pick and complete the most relevant one(s) based on the demographic(s) of athlete you support.
Content has been carefully created to be accessible to all – regardless of current experience or knowledge. The only prerequisite is that you’re over 16 years old.

The Well HQ is built on cutting-edge science, expertise and experience. We offer resources, courses, consultancy and support for women and those who work closely with women to bridge the knowledge gap and change the system.
Because data and research on how women work and function are largely missing from the health and fitness disciplines. From puberty to pregnancy, midlife to menopause, society doesn’t truly understand the female experience.
We’re Baz, Bella and Emma – the coach, the GP and the scientist. Independently, all three of us have worked with women for decades – training athletes, teaching body literacy and trying to smash the taboos that block progress.
We’re here so women can become the architects of their own health, happiness and performance. We’re here to raise the bar and help her to go mainstream. This is a revolution in female health and everyone’s invited.

Very happy with the videos of exercises for midlife women provided.
If i had to offer any constructive feedback. The charts and information on periods is really only applicable to someone with perfectly balanced hormones. There isn't discussion about pcos, endo, fibroid, etc which Most women have nowadays. The norm is not normal, balanced hormones anymore. More discussion about that and where/how to get your hormones tested might be good.
But overall it is a good course with a lot of good information.
